Our Tech Tutors provide patient, friendly, one-on-one help for any of your technology challenges.
Bring in your laptop, tablet, smartphone, camera or e-reader, or reserve one of our public internet stations. All tech topics are welcome, such as help with email, web searching, eBooks, photos, social networks, password management, updates, security, file organization, or learning the basic operations of your latest gadget.
Tech help appointments are available both in-person at the Library, and remotely (by phone, Zoom, etc.).
You may sign up for a maximum of six tech tutoring sessions per calendar year. Sessions are up to one hour long.
Please remember to bring the following items to your appointment:
- List of topics to be discussed.
- Device(s) and their power cable(s)
- Passwords for any internet accounts you wish to discuss, including email accounts.
- Paper or notebook for taking notes.
