There are two library spaces available for rentals by groups or individuals when not needed for Library use.
- The Flex Room is available during Library hours only.
- The Annex is available outside of Library hours only, and includes the Flex Room.

Annie Laurie Wood Annex (“The Annex”)
Size: 648 square feet / 24 feet by 27 feet
Maximum capacity: 50 seated, 65 standing
Hourly Rate: $30 per hour plus GST
The Flex Room
Size: 145 square feet / 11 feet by 13 feet
Maximum capacity: 10
Youth Rate (ages 13-18): FREE
Hourly Rate: $10 per hour plus GST

- Booking Confirmation: Space may be held pending payment. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of full rental payment.
