“Every vagina needs a coach!”
Kim Vopni, The Vagina Coach, is coming to Bowen Island to talk with you about vaginas.
Kim’s talk will cover perimenopause/menopause definitions, hormones, common symptoms, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, general pelvic health, and solutions (including hormone therapy).
Presented in partnership by the Bowen Island Community Health Centre and Bowen Island Public Library, with funding from the Bowen Island Literacy Task Group.
Coffee and muffins served.
