Author Talk: Pauline Le Bel • Becoming The Harvest • Book Launch

Come to the launch of Pauline Le Bel‘s most recent book of poetry, Becoming the Harvest, published by Caitlin Press.
With playful wit and lyrical style, Pauline meditates on the gifts of ageing, moving through loss, and the process of finding joy and acceptance at the end of life. These are poems that view the end of life as a call to live life more fully, to love more thoughtfully.
Pauline will recite (and sing) a few of the poems, as well as take impromptu questions from emcee Chris Corrigan and the audience for the first hour. Refreshments served and mingling / book sales after that. Matthew Van der Giessen on cello. Free admission, no registration required. All invited.
Copies of Becoming the Harvest will be available for sale from the author, cash or cheque.
